Do you offer samples before bulk production?
Yes. Sample pieces can be arranged in a chosen size and finish. Sample scope and any applicable cost or credit are confirmed in the project quotation.
How long does production take?
Lead time is confirmed after size, finish, quantity, and delivery scope are reviewed.
Can I use my own artwork or copyright image?
We can review licensed artwork for canvas or metal applications. Provide the highest-resolution file available and confirm usage rights for copyrighted images before approval.
What is the sample cost, and how long does it take?
Sample timing and any applicable sample cost are confirmed after the artwork, size, finish, and review scope are agreed.
How is shipping calculated?
Delivery terms, freight handover, destination, and any nominated-forwarder responsibilities are confirmed in the project quotation.
What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?
JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, or PSD may be reviewed. Confirm the required resolution, output size, colour profile, and proofing method in the project specification.
How do you review colour consistency?
Pre-shipment photography and colour review can be included when agreed in the project scope. The reference, acceptance method, and any remedy responsibility are recorded in the project terms.
Can you handle large hotel or commercial projects?
We review hospitality and commercial briefs by project scope, including piece count, format mix, packaging, and any phased delivery requirements.
What material documentation can buyers review?
Request current material or test documentation for the specified substrate, finish, formulation, destination, and project scope. A report for one material should not be treated as evidence for another.
Do you ship to Saudi Arabia, UAE, or Qatar? What export documents do you provide?
GCC documentation and delivery scope are reviewed by destination and product specification. We confirm the documents available for the agreed materials and coordinate the export handover with the buyer's nominated forwarder.
