What is your minimum order quantity?
5 pieces per design. You can mix designs, sizes, and frame types within a single order.
Do you offer samples before bulk production?
Yes. We can arrange sample pieces in your chosen size and finish. Sample cost is credited against your first bulk order exceeding $5,000 USD.
How long does production take?
Approximately 15–21 business days. Express 7-day production is available for trial orders under 50 pieces.
Can I use my own artwork or copyright image?
Yes. We can produce your licensed artwork on canvas or metal. Please provide the image file at minimum 300 DPI. For copyrighted images, you are responsible for securing usage rights.
What is the sample cost, and how long does it take?
Sample production takes 5–7 business days. Sample cost typically USD 80–200 per piece. The full sample cost is credited against your first bulk order over USD 5,000.
How is shipping calculated?
We quote FOB Xiamen as standard. We can arrange DDP for select regions — specify in your project brief and we'll include a freight estimate.
What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?
JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD. Minimum 300 DPI at print size. For pieces over 100cm, provide the highest resolution file available.
Do you offer a color-matching guarantee?
We photograph every piece against your approved digital proof before shipping. If it deviates significantly, we remake it at no charge.
Can you handle large hotel or commercial projects?
Yes. We regularly fulfil 200–2,000+ piece orders for hospitality and commercial clients, with palletised shipping and phased delivery schedules.
What certifications do your materials carry?
Board: CARB Phase 2 / TSCA E1. Canvas: Bureau Veritas tested. Inks: EPSON UV-resistant, SGS-verified VOC-free. Full docs available on request.
Do you ship to Saudi Arabia, UAE, or Qatar? What export documents do you provide?
Yes. For GCC shipments we provide: commercial invoice and packing list (with HS code), country of origin certificate (China, Xiamen), phytosanitary / fumigation certificate for wooden frame components, and material safety data sheet. Sea freight from FOB Xiamen to Jeddah or Dubai is typically 15–20 transit days.
