Custom Production Process

Brief

Share your project specification: dimensions, palette, style direction, frame preference, and quantity. If you have a mood board, send it over.

Proof

We produce a digital rendering or physical sample — depending on order volume — for your approval. No production begins until you sign off.

Production

Full production under direct team supervision. Every piece verified against the approved proof before it leaves the facility.

Delivery

Pieces are packed and labelled according to the approved project scope, handling plan, and delivery handover.

Sizing

Project-specific dimensions. Final size is confirmed against the artwork, substrate, framing, handling, and installation plan.

Framing

PS, aluminum alloy, solid wood, and floating gallery frame profiles. Mix frame types within a single order.

Color

Color-calibrated per project brief. Not batch-averaged. Each commission gets its own calibration run.

Minimum Order

Minimum quantities and mixed-design options are confirmed by project scope, format, and production requirements.

Lead Time: Confirmed after the size, finish, quantity, production scope, and delivery responsibilities are reviewed.
